JB Goodwin Realtors wanted a design that would showcase their excellent services and highlight their accomplishments in the highly competitive Austin real estate market.

With an enormous amount of content, navigation was a big part of the re-design. Much of the site is available via consistent top level links using javascript roll-over pop-out navigation. In various sections where subnavigation is required, an expanding side menu allows easy access as well as confirmation of your location in the site.

The main page of the site has constantly changing promotional messages as well as featured agents based on the agent's sales history. So the site doesn't appear static and stale.

Quality custom maps of Austin areas were developed to aid in locating properties.

A flexible and easy to manage content management system was also developed that allows the client to maintain their own constantly changing information. For more information on the administrative application click here.
