These screen savers
contain beautiful, high resolution images of colorful Texas wildflowers, scenic views and West Texas Nature/Animals.
The pictures appear in a random order, so you won't get bored looking
at the same old images in the same old order. Since these are high
quality full screen screen saver, the files are a little over 2 Mb and
will take approximately 2 minutes to download on a 56K modem.
Once you have
downloaded the file, you can then run/install it which will load
the screen saver and open your Control Panel display window for
you to adjust the settings. If you choose to run the file from the
server, you will get a window saying the "Authenticode signature
not found". You may ignore this message and select "Yes"
from this window to complete the installation over the web.
Our
Texas wildflower wallpaper images are offered at different resolutions
to match your screen settings. To find out what resolution your
screen is set at, right click on your desktop and choose "properties",
then click on the tab marked "settings". In the bottom
right corner of the dialog box is a slider bar marked "screen
area" with your current screen resolution.
Click on the resolution of the image you would like to set as your
wallpaper and you will be prompted to either download the file or
run it from the server. If you choose to run the file from the server,
you will get a window saying the "Authenticode signature not
found". You may ignore this message and select "Yes"
from this window to complete the installation over the web. If you
choose to download the file, make sure you choose a location that
will be easy to locate (like your desktop) and proceed to download
the file. Once the file has completed downloading, double click
on it and it will ask you if you want to unzip the file to the "C:WINDOWS"
directory, click "Unzip" and it will automatically install
the image into the correct directory. You can now click "ok"
and close this dialog box.
To set your new wallpaper, right click on your desktop and choose
"settings", then click on the tab marked "background",
choose the picture named "TXWildflower(slide #)-(your resolution)"
and finally click "apply" and "ok". Now your
desktop should be adorned with a beautiful Texas wildflower image!
